By accessing and using MyeSIMPlan (https://www.myesimplan.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

How rankings are produced

Every ranking on this site is arithmetic over facts the providers publish themselves. The rubric weights, the published fact behind every score, and the arithmetic that turns one into the other are all on the methodology page. HelloRoam currently finishes first on that rubric and loses three of the five dimensions.

What we provide

We compare eSIM providers and recommend plans based on your destination, trip length, device, and data usage. We do not sell eSIM plans directly. When you click a provider link, you purchase directly from that provider under their terms of service.

Accuracy of information

We check published figures against each provider's own pages, and we re-check before shipping any change to a page that carries a price. We do not promise a weekly or monthly schedule. eSIM pricing changes frequently, and we do not guarantee that prices shown on our site match the current price on the provider's website at the time you visit. Always confirm the current price on the provider's site before purchasing.

Affiliate relationships

We participate in affiliate programs with the eSIM providers we recommend. When you make a purchase through our links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

No warranty

The site and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will be suitable for your specific needs. Use our recommendations as guidance, not as professional advice.

Limitation of liability

MyeSIMPlan is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on our recommendations. This includes but is not limited to connectivity issues, provider service quality, pricing discrepancies, or data loss. Your purchase from any eSIM provider is governed by that provider's terms and refund policy.

Intellectual property

All content on MyeSIMPlan, including text, design, graphics, and code, is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

User conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) scrape or bulk-download content from the site; (d) interfere with the site's operation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
